Order Cancelations:
We understand that orders may need to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances and we will do our best to stop shipment if needed.
We kindly ask that all cancelation request be sent to [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase.
Please include the following in your email:
-First and last name
-Order number
-Reason for cancelation request
If the order has already been shipped, sadly we are no longer able to cancel.
Returns:
At GRLS NEXT DOOR, we offer a 30 day return policy on select, eligible items.
The following items are final sale:
-Stickers
-Buttons/pins
-Any custom item
To be eligible for a return on all other items, it must remain in the original/unused condition.
To request a return, please send any inquires email to [email protected] with the following:
-Order number
-Order date
-First and last name
-Reason for return
If your return is accepted, we will email you one (1) complimentary return label with the instructions on where to mail off your package.
All Any additional returns beyond the first will be subject to a return shipping fee
Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original for of payment. You will be notified via email once it has been processed on our end.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 14 days for the funds to settle. This processing time is out of our control and is completely dependent on your bank and credit card company.
Exchange for incorrect or damaged items:
Please inspect your order as soon as possible for any incorrect or damaged goods. If there are any issues, please contact us at [email protected] immediately so that we can rectify the situation
